1st: Pick a floor plan
- The internet has heaps to choose from
- Draw your own
2nd: Preliminary quote
- We produce preliminary quote for your based on the plans and details you have provided
3rd: Architectural Engineering Soil test, Site Survey
- We engage a drafts person and Engineer
to draw a full set of plans. - In some cases, we need a soil test and
site survey done. - This is roughly a $10,000 process
4th: Kitchen design Bathroom design Ensuite design Finishings Electrical plan
- You get to design your kitchen,
Bathroom and ensuite. - You can choose to hire an interior
designer if you wish. - We ask you see a kitchen specialist.
- We help you with the design of an
electrical / lighting plan for your home.
5th: Site Power . Site water
- We need these items for the build and
from council and ergon services. - This is roughly a $3,000 process
6th: Final Quote
- We put together the final quote for the build of your entire home in relation to your requests and the scope of works.
7th: Energy report . Plumbing approval QBCC insurance . Certifier . Building approval .
- This is roughly a $5,000 process. Excluding QBCC home warranty insurance.
- QBCC home warranty insurance cost
depends on the value of the project.
8th: Contract. Deposit. Building insurance
- We fill out a contract between each
other stating the costs and what is
involved. - The deposit is made to start.
9th: The Build.
- We build the project for you.
- Updates will be given throughout the
project.
10th: The Handover
We handover the project for you all complete for you to enjoy!
NOTE: We can organise and complete these tasks for you if you wish.
